The Reflexology and Holistic Health Academy is an internationally recognised institute for reflexology, beauty and holistic therapy training and education. The Academy was set-up in 2001 with the mission of providing skills that are quantifiable and recognisable.

With this mission, the academy in consultation with Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA), embarked on the skill development program to raise the professional standards of the local holistic industry. Hence, My Foot group became the driving force behind the implementation of the National Skills Recognition System (NSRS) certification programme for reflexology and holistic therapy industry.

Today, the Reflexology & Holistic Health Academy is an Approved Training Centre (ATC) and Approved Assessment Centre (AAC), under Spring Singapore’s NSRS certification programme.

When you register and successfully complete a programme in our academy, you will be certified jointly by Spring Singapore and Ministry of Manpower and be awarded a National Skills Certificate (NSC).

As an institution of continuous learning, the Reflexology & Holistic Health Academy also offers diploma courses from leading worldwide bodies like International Therapy Examination Council (ITEC), UK, Shanghai TCM University (SHUTCMIEC), China and International Training Massage School (ITM)., Thailand, ChiangMai. Our academy aims to provide a learning platform for all levels of skill,education and experience.
